When a patron hires a power bank, a $40 pre-authorisation is held on their bank card as collateral. If it’s not returned within 24 hours, the $40 is charged and they can keep the power bank indefinitely. The battery can still be recharged from any USB-C cable, so it remains fully functional even if it’s not returned to a Fluro station.
No. Our backend system automatically alerts our team when a station is running low. We’ll visit the venue, give the station a clean, and top up any missing batteries so you’re never without.
